Senior Business Development Manager/Senior Corporate Consultant Manager

is responsible for engaging and acquiring SMEs and corporate clients with international expansion ambitions.

This role combines consultative engagement with strategic expertise, guiding companies through market entry and growth in Dubai and the wider region.

It also involves creating strategic connections between businesses, institutions, and partners to enable long-term success.

The position requires strong knowledge of market entry strategies, international expansion, and regional business dynamics, while building trusted relationships with senior decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage SMEs and corporates considering expansion into Dubai and the region
  • Drive consultative acquisition processes with a focus on strategic value creation
  • Advise clients on market entry strategies, regional expansion and corporate structuring
  • Develop tailored solutions for company setup and operational models in Dubai
  • Analyze macroeconomic trends, regulatory frameworks, and industry developments
  • Conduct workshops, presentations, and strategic briefings for client leadership teams
  • Position Dubai as a strategic hub for international growth and investment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional partners and corporate networks
  • Facilitate strategic networking opportunities between clients, partners, and key stakeholders

Required Profile

  • Proven experience in international business consulting, corporate strategy, or professional services
  • Strong understanding of market entry strategies, international expansion, and corporate structuring
  • Knowledge of macroeconomic and regional business trends
  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and C-level executives
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Fluent in German and English
