We are a confidential, established petroleum trading company seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive aggressive growth across UAE, Africa, and Asian markets.
The Role
You will own the full commercial cycle - from lead generation to deal closure - across a portfolio of petroleum and industrial products including
bitumen, lubricants, grease, base oils, additives,
and
paraffin wax
.
This is a senior, autonomous role for someone who brings their own market connections and can hit the ground running.
What You Will Do
- Build and expand B2B sales across UAE, Africa, and Asia
- Generate new leads and convert prospects into long-term commercial relationships
- Handle end-to-end deal management: pricing, negotiation, and closure
- Maintain a strong network of contractors, traders, transport companies, and industrial bulk buyers
- Identify new market and regional expansion opportunities
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and international oil pricing movements
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, and finance for seamless execution
- Manage an active pipeline and deliver regular sales reports
- Hit monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
What We Are Looking For
- Proven B2B sales experience in petroleum trading or related industrial sectors
- Strong existing network in UAE and/or regional markets
- Fluency in English is a must; Arabic or any other language is a plus
- Self-starter who can operate independently and close deals
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting aggressive sales targets
