We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our global Business Development & Marketing team and provide support to our Middle Eastern offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh and Beirut.

Our global Business Development and Marketing team includes over 65 colleagues working together to provide frontline business development and marketing (BD&M) support and advice at a practice, industry and office level - much of the work being collaborative and international in nature.

Our Partners and Lawyers practice on a broad range of areas such as International Dispute Resolution, Government Investigations and White Collar Crime, Corporate, Financial Services, Real Estate, Labor & Employment.

We represent global corporates, government departments, government-owned entities, private businesses, family offices and individuals across the seven Emirates, as well as international clients with interests in the UAE and the MENA region.

You will join our excellent support team, who cover everything from secretarial services to finance and billing, to support our lawyers in delivering the best service to their clients.

The core focus for this role is to provide business development support to our offices across the Middle East, in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh and Beirut, working with key stakeholders in the groups to support business growth objectives, identify target opportunities, develop and coordinate business development plans, and work with related teams to grow the firm's business base.

Our Middle East practice is thriving, and this is a great opportunity to work with key clients across a range of practice areas.

You'll be working with senior members of the global BD team, to deliver an excellent, hands-on business development and marketing support to our partners and lawyers in the Middle East region.

To be successful in the role you will have at least 3 years existing BD&M experience at a management level, preferably within legal services or other professional services organisations and ideally at a management level.

You will need to be fluent in English (written and spoken), and possess strong project management skills, adapting your work style while working on a number of time sensitive projects.

You will achieve your goals by exhibiting a confident and professional approach, utilising your excellent communication skills to work with, and build trust-based relationships with, a wide range of stakeholders.

You will be able to provide counsel on strategy, client relationship building, and marketing and sales techniques and take a firm wide view towards inclusive participation across offices and practices to maximize client relationships and growth and revenue opportunities.

This position will ideally be based in Dubai.
