Business Development Officer – Manpower / HR Consultancy (Abu Dhabi)
Job Purpose
We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Officer with experience in
manpower outsourcing / HR consultancy
to drive business growth and expand client relationships across
Abu Dhabi
, particularly in
Construction, Oil & Gas, and Industrial sectors
.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within
- Abu Dhabi market
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with key decision-makers
- Secure manpower supply / staffing projects through networking and client meetings
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery
- Maintain and update
- CRM system
- with client interactions, leads, and pipeline
- Track sales activities and achieve assigned revenue targets
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in
- business development within Abu Dhabi / UAE market
- Proven track record in
- client acquisition and business generation
- Experience in
- manpower outsourcing, recruitment, staffing, HR solutions, or related service-based industries is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi market and business practices
- Valid
- UAE driving license (mandatory)
