- Business Development Consultant – UAE Region - Dubai, Abu Dhabi
- UAE \| Permanent \| €120k OTE
- Highline are partnering with an innovative and fast-growing technology business transforming the construction industry through AI-driven solutions.
- Our client is expanding across the Middle East and is seeking a Business Development Consultant to drive growth and establish strong market presence across the UAE region.
- This role requires someone already established in the market with an existing network and the ability to build meaningful relationships across the built environment sector.
- You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, opening doors, developing strategic partnerships, and driving commercial growth across the region.
- The requirements of the role are:
- Must already be based within the UAE region
- Strong existing network across Construction, Property and Real Estate sectors
- Proven experience within business development, sales or client acquisition
- Fluent English and Arabic speaker
- Strong ability to build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
