We are hiring a senior Business Development professional with 8–10 years of IT/tech industry experience, deep insights and networks in the IT ecosystem. This role focuses on market expansion, strategic partnership development and revenue growth across META (Middle East, Africa and Turkey), bridging resources and market demands with exceptional communication and cross‑cultural collaboration capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement market entry, expansion, and business development strategies for META to achieve assigned KPIs.
  • Identify high-value projects, clients and channel partners of IT ecosystem in META; lead end-to-end business negotiation, project docking and contract signing.
  • Integrate high-quality IT ecosystem resources; maintain and expand high-level industry networks for cross-border business cooperation.
  • Manage relationships with local stakeholders (governments, telecom operators, integrators, enterprises) through IT ecosystem in META and build long-term win-win partnerships.
  • Conduct market analysis, track business performance and report regularly to management; promote company brand influence in META and bridge connections and collaborations into tech circles globally.

Required Qualifications

  • Professional Experience: 8–10 years of business development, international sales or market expansion experience in IT/tech/telecom industry; solid experience and network in IT ecosystem; working experience across META area is strongly preferred.
  • Core Competencies: Outstanding communication, negotiation and cross-cultural collaboration skills; excellent high-level networking and resource integration abilities; strong strategic thinking and execution capacity.
  • Market Background: Direct experience in META market development is a critical advantage; familiar with regional market environment, business culture and IT industry demands.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English ; Arabic language proficiency is a strong plus.
  • Others: Bachelor’s degree or above; willing to travel frequently across META region.
