Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with prior experience in interior design and fit-out sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and convert inquiries into projects for residential and commercial interior works.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities for interior design, fit-out, renovation, and turnkey projects.
• Identify and approach potential clients, consultants, contractors, and corporate companies.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and project discussions.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design team for proposals and quotations.
• Follow up on leads and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Attend networking events, exhibitions, and site visits when required.
• Maintain a database of clients, leads, and project status reports.
• Coordinate with project and execution teams to ensure smooth project handover.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in interior design / fit-out sales or business development in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out and renovation industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to generate leads independently and close deals.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Candidate should be target-driven and self-motivated.
