Role Description

We are seeking a Business Development Manager (Commission-Based / Contract) to support our Thermal Testing Systems division across the MENA region.

This role is focused on identifying and developing high-value business opportunities in sectors such as aerospace, defense, energy, and advanced industrial applications.

The selected candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with key clients, generating qualified leads, and driving sales of advanced thermal testing solutions in collaboration with our international technology partners.

Key responsibilities

include market expansion, client acquisition, managing sales cycles from prospecting to closing, and coordinating with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.

This is a remote, performance-driven role, ideal for professionals with an established network in the MENA region and a strong background in technical sales.

Qualification

  • s
  • Experience in market research, client acquisition, and relationship management in the MENA regio
  • nStrong knowledge of thermal testing systems and industrial cooling technologie
  • sProven track record in business development, sales strategies, and revenue growt
  • hExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skill
  • sProficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suit
  • eAbility to work independently and remotely in a cross-cultural environmen
  • tBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related fiel
  • dFamiliarity with the energy and industrial sectors in the MENA region is a plu
  • sProficiency in Arabic, English, and/or French is highly desirabl
