Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential properties and stay updated on market trends.
- Build and cultivate a network of clients through various channels, leveraging online platforms and social media.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process.
- Prepare and deliver compelling property listings to potential clients.
- Negotiate and finalize property transactions, ensuring favorable terms for both buyers and sellers.
- Stay informed about real estate market dynamics, property values, and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to share market insights and enhance overall team performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of UAE Real Estate is must .
- Deep knowledge of the local real estate market, property values, and industry regulations.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proactive and results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Maximum age of 30 years.
