Drive growth and diversification for a global logistics provider delivering freight forwarding solutions across air, sea, and land.

Manage key relationships and stakeholders while developing and implementing business strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Create business development strategies to drive long-term growth and revenue.
- Maintain existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Present proposals, lead negotiations, and close new business deals.
- Research markets, industry trends, target accounts, and viable income streams.
- Source opportunities through inbound leads, outbound calls, and email.
- Open accounts, establish credit facilities, and support customer onboarding.
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales quotas.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- At least 5–7 years of business development experience within the Saudi Arabian market.
- Familiarity with local business culture and regulations.
- Prior freight forwarding company experience is mandatory.
- A strong network of relevant industry contacts is a plus.
Required Skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Stakeholder relationship management and negotiation capability.
- Business development strategy design and implementation experience.
- Conflict resolution, multitasking, and team leadership capability.
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Awareness of local and international industry trends.
