Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Manager for Brooer Metal Industries LLC in National Industries Park - Dubai.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging potential customers, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting the company's services at industry events.
Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
You will work closely with our creative, production, and Event teams to develop tailored event solutions that meet client objectives and exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities within target industries.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and qualified leads.
- Build and manage long-term relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and partners.
- Lead proposal development, pitches, and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized event concepts and service packages.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Attend industry events, networking activities, and conferences to expand the agency’s reach.
Qualifications & Skills
- 4–5 years of experience in Metal industry business development, sales, or account management, experiential marketing sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong network within corporate, agency, or brand sectors is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to think strategically, react quickly, and manage multiple priorities.
- Understanding of event production processes and industry trends.
- High level of professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm.
- Sales and Business Development skills.
- Identifying new **sales** leads, pitching company's and building and maintaining strong relationships with new Companies .
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- Fluency in English & Hindi
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
