Business Development Manager-IT System Integration

2) Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager – IT System Integration & IDC Infrastructure Solutions to drive business growth across the UAE market .
This is a part-time, flexible cooperation-based role. The focus is on business development for IT system integration , with a strong emphasis on physical IT hardware and IDC room infrastructure .
This role is not pure sales, nor a purely technical engineering position. The ideal candidate combines business development capability with solid understanding of IT hardware integration and data center infrastructure to identify opportunities, engage customers, and support solution alignment.
3) Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Market Expansion
- Develop new business opportunities for IT system integration projects across the UAE
- Promote end-to-end IT hardware and IDC infrastructure solutions to enterprise customers, contractors, system integrators, and project stakeholders
- Identify and build relationships with key clients, partners, consultants, and project decision-makers
- Expand market presence for integrated IT solutions covering networking, communication, servers, and IDC room systems
IT System Integration & IDC Infrastructure Promotion
- Promote integrated solutions focused on physical IT hardware :
- Networking & communication equipment
- Servers & server room systems
- IDC room infrastructure
- Racks, cabinets, cabling & structured wiring
- Power distribution (UPS, PDU)
- Cooling & environmental monitoring systems
- Translate customer project requirements into feasible integration solutions and equipment lineups
Customer Communication & Opportunity Management
- Conduct client meetings and technical-commercial discussions on IT integration and IDC projects
- Follow up on RFQs, tenders, project inquiries, and customer requirements
- Support solution positioning, quotation support, and project validation
- Align customer expectations with SolutionMall’s product and integration capabilities
Project & Partner Coordination
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure solution feasibility and delivery clarity
- Track project opportunities from initial contact through to order closure
- Gather market feedback on customer needs, competitor landscape, and industry trends in the UAE
- Support long-term market development and channel partnership development
4) Qualifications
Required
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management for:
- IT system integration
- network & communication hardware
- servers & data center equipment
- IDC / server room infrastructure
- Practical understanding of IT hardware and IDC room systems
- Ability to engage customers on both commercial and basic technical topics
- Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills
- Comfortable working in a part-time, flexible, remote cooperation model
- Professional working proficiency in English
Preferred
- Experience working in the UAE or broader GCC market
- Familiarity with system integrators, contractors, consultants, or enterprise clients in the region
- Knowledge of IDC construction, power & cooling systems, or structured cabling
- Additional language skills (Arabic, Hindi, etc.) are a strong advantage

6) Work Model
- Part-time, remote role with flexible cooperation structure

- Potential to evolve into a long-term strategic partnership based on performance and project results
7) Compensation
Compensation is performance-based and tied to actual business contribution, including business development results, project closure, client development, and market expansion.
