Position: Business Development Manager – FMCG (B2B & Export)
Location: Dubai
Industry: FMCG / Food Trading / Export
We are hiring an experienced Business Development Manager with strong expertise in B2B sales, wholesale trading, and export business development across the Middle East & African markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop B2B & export sales for FMCG food products
• Build distributor, wholesale & retail networks across GCC & Africa
• Handle export business for nuts, dry fruits, spices & packaged food products
• Identify market demand, pricing trends & new business opportunities
• Manage distributor agreements, commercial negotiations & long-term contracts
• Coordinate with sourcing, logistics & operations for smooth export execution
• Participate in trade expos and international business events
Preferred Experience:
• 5–8 years in FMCG / Food Trading / Export Sales
• Strong exposure to UAE, GCC & African markets
• Experience in bulk trading & container-based exports mandatory
• Existing network with distributors, wholesalers & retail chains preferred
• Knowledge of export documentation & international trade compliance
Product Exposure:
Nuts, Dry Fruits, Spices, Packaged Food & Bulk Commodity Trading
Candidate Profile:
• Strong negotiation & relationship management skills
• Commercially driven with independent market development capability
• Immediate joiners preferred
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree required | MBA preferred
