About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and commercially driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This role is focused on building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sustainable business growth across global markets.
The ideal candidate is confident in communication, proactive in developing strategic partnerships, and passionate about delivering results. You will play a key role in expanding business activity, strengthening client engagement, and contributing to the company’s long-term growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to support long-term engagement, trust, and business growth.
- Business Development & Partnership Growth: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships that contribute to the company’s expansion and market presence.
- Outbound Engagement & Follow-Up: Conduct proactive outreach and maintain consistent follow-up communication to strengthen client engagement and maximize conversion opportunities.
- Client Onboarding & Account Support: Support clients throughout the onboarding journey while delivering a high standard of ongoing account management and service experience.
- Target Achievement & Performance Growth: Consistently meet individual KPIs and contribute to overall team objectives through strong commercial performance and proactive business development.
- Strategy Optimisation & Client Experience: Collaborate closely with management to improve outreach strategies, enhance conversion performance, and strengthen overall client experience.
- Market Awareness & Industry Knowledge: Stay informed on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and maintain commercial awareness.
- Team Collaboration & Culture Contribution: Contribute positively to a high-performance and collaborative team environment while supporting shared business goals.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Industry Experience: Proven experience in sales, telesales, business development, or client relationship management within financial services or a fast-paced sales environment.
- Communication & Relationship Management: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence in client engagement, presentations, and relationship building.
- Collaboration and Adaptability: A proactive and adaptable team player who thrives in a dynamic environment and contributes positively to company culture.
- Critical Thinking and Creativity: A quick learner with strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to think creatively and explore new approaches to achieving success.
- Performance-Driven Mindset: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a results-driven remote environment.
