Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive to drive corporate partnerships for our diagnostic center specializing in radiology services.
The role focuses on establishing tie-ups with corporates, hospitals, clinics, insurance providers, and healthcare networks to expand patient referrals and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new corporate tie-ups with companies, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR teams, hospital administrators, and decision-makers
- Promote radiology services including MRI, CT scan, ultrasound, and mammogram
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits to onboard new clients
- Negotiate commercial terms and finalize agreements with corporate clients
- Generate consistent revenue and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Coordinate with operations and medical teams to ensure seamless service delivery to partners
- Track market trends, competitor offerings, and identify growth opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and conversions systematically
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in healthcare/diagnostics/hospital industry
- Strong understanding of radiology or diagnostic services is an advantage
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to close deals and achieve targets
- Valid driving license
- Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
