We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales growth and business expansion for our ELV (Extra Low Voltage) and Traffic Management Solutions division.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and promoting solutions including CCTV, Access Control, Parking Management Systems, Gate Barriers, ANPR, Traffic Management Systems, and related security technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within government, semi-government, infrastructure, construction, transportation, and commercial sectors.
  • Generate leads through market research, networking, cold calling, and client visits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, facility management companies, and end users.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable ELV and traffic management solutions.
  • Coordinate with technical and engineering teams to develop customized proposals and solutions.
  • Review tender documents, RFQs, and RFPs.
  • Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and bid submissions.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with clients.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Electronics, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of business development or sales experience in ELV, security systems, ITS, or traffic management solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE market and project sales environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
  • UAE Driving License is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
