- What you will own
- Merchant acquisition end to end: source, pitch, close, onboard
- Building and managing your own pipeline across Dubai's mid to premium F&B market
- Hitting weekly activity targets and monthly outlet targets
- Seeing every signed agreement through to a live, active venue
- What the role looks like day to day
- Field sales: walk-ins, direct calls, referrals, network outreach
- Pitching to owners, GMs, and F&B group heads across mid to premium venues
- Educating operators on something they have not seen before — the conversation takes more than a standard pitch
- Managing a structured CRM pipeline with full founder visibility
- Following up, negotiating terms, and closing
- The founders are active in the market alongside you.
- Who we are looking for
- Minimum 5+ years of direct merchant acquisition experience in the UAE F&B market
- Proven track record of closing 50+ outlets per year, consistently
- Existing relationships with decision makers - owners, GMs, and group heads, inside mid to premium F&B venues in Dubai. Not contacts you can reach on LinkedIn but people who will pick up when you call.
- Your background is in one of these:
- Food delivery platforms: Talabat, Zomato, Deliveroo, Careem, Keeta, or a direct competitor
- Restaurant technology or middleware: Deliverect, Grubtech, or similar platforms
- POS systems for F&B: Foodics, POSRocket, Oracle Micros, or equivalent
- What good looks like
- You can call your network and get meaningful conversations going with decision makers (not gatekeepers or influencers) that ultimately lead to closures
- You can walk into a venue cold and turn five minutes with whoever is on the floor into a next step
- You close independently, without needing a warm lead to open a door
- Your CRM is clean, your follow-ups are on time, and your pipeline reflects reality
- You can explain something new in plain language without losing the room
- You are accountable to numbers and comfortable with full transparency on your pipeline
- This is not the right role if
- Your sales background is on the brand, media, or agency side of F&B
- You are still building your knowledge of the Dubai operator market
- You do not have existing relationships with decision makers inside mid to premium venues
- You have been in the UAE F&B market for less than five years in a direct sales capacity
- What you will have from day one
- CRM set up and ready
- Collateral for every stage of the sale, including materials designed to reach decision makers past the gatekeeper
- Live venues in Dubai available for prospect visits
- Direct access to the founders who are active in the market.
- This is a solo hunting role to start.
- As the business scales and you prove what you can do, there is a clear path to building a team under you.
