Job Title: Business Development Manager – Interior & Fit-Out
Location: UAE
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager with proven experience in the interior and fit-out industry. The role involves driving business growth by securing new projects, expanding the client base, and maintaining strong relationships across the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and convert new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project briefings
- Prepare proposals, manage negotiations, and close deals successfully
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient project execution and client satisfaction
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay competitive
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of UAE experience in an interior or fit-out company
- Demonstrated success in business development and sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Capable of handling the complete sales cycle independently
- Existing UAE client network is an added advantage
- UAE Driving License preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary with commission-based incentives
- Benefits provided as per UAE Labour Law
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
