McFill Media & Publishing Group — the UAE's fastest-growing custom media house — is looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our expanding team.

Business Development Manager
to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in client acquisition, corporate partnerships, media sales, and business development within the media, publishing, advertising, or marketing industry.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in media, advertising, or publishing
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the UAE market
- Strong network of contacts across industries — FMCG, real estate, finance, luxury, or F&B is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a hunter mentality
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage new business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with clients and partners
- Drive advertising, sponsorship, and media sales
- Identify growth opportunities across digital and print platforms
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial strategies
- Achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives
