About This Role
* Identify suitable residential, commercial, and mixed-use buildings for digital advertising screen installations.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property developers, facility management companies, and property owners.
* Negotiate and finalize agreements for screen installation and long-term strategic partnerships.
* Conduct site visits, feasibility assessments, and present commercial proposals to property stakeholders.
* Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective building partnerships across the UAE market.
* Work closely with the Operations and Technical teams to ensure smooth screen installation and activation.
* Stay updated on new real estate developments, newly launched properties, and emerging advertising opportunities.
* Prepare regular reports on pipeline progress, signed agreements, and market feedback.
* Represent Focus Media at property exhibitions, networking events, and industry-related forums.
