Urban Point Technical Services, Dubai, is looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to join the growing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads and clients.
- Develop relationships with property managers, facility management companies, hotels, consultants, architects and real estate companies.
- Identify subcontracting and maintenance opportunities.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
- Achieve monthly business development targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Requirements
- Experience in business development/sales in the UAE, preferably in maintenance, FM, construction or technical services.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Existing UAE client network is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
