Business Development Manager – IT Infrastructure & Unified Command Center
Role Summary
The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for
driving strategic growth
, building enterprise and mid‑market accounts, and positioning
DMATICS Unified Command Center services
and large‑scale
IT infrastructure projects
with decision‑makers (C‑level, IT Heads, Security Leaders).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies for IT infrastructure and NOC/SOC services.
- Acquire and manage key enterprise and strategic accounts across multiple industries.
- Position DMATICS Unified Command Center as a long‑term managed services and security partner.
- Lead complex sales cycles including solution workshops, RFPs, and contract negotiations.
- Work closely with pre‑sales, delivery, and vendor teams to build winning solutions.
- Build partner alliances and identify new service and revenue opportunities.
- Own annual revenue and gross profit targets and provide accurate forecasting.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3-8+ years of experience in IT solutions and services sales or business development.
- Strong background in enterprise IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and managed services.
- Proven experience handling large deals, long sales cycles, and C‑level engagements.
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and strategic account management skills.
- Deep understanding of the UAE enterprise and mid‑market landscape.
