Business Development Manager
About This Role
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the UAE market and the ability to drive business growth, build client relationships, and achieve targets. Experience in CCTV or security systems is an advantage but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives
- Prepare reports and sales forecasts
Requirements:
- Proven UAE sales experience is mandatory
- Valid UAE driving license
- Strong sales and business development background
- Experience in IT / Telecom / Security industry is a plus
- Leadership or team management experience preferred
