- ****Job Responsibilities****
- Partnership Development:
- + Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships with local and international clients.
- + Build strong relationships with corporate clients, educational institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Market Research:
- + Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competition, and potential growth opportunities.
- + Propose strategies to tap into emerging markets and expand the company’s client base.
- Strategic Planning:
- + Collaborate with management to define business goals and growth strategies.
- + Develop and execute plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Contract Negotiation:
- + Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals with clients and partners.
- + Ensure compliance with local laws and business practices.
- Team Collaboration:
- + Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align business strategies.
- + Act as a liaison between the company and its clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- ****Job Requirements****
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree (MBA) is a plus.
- Experience: 5+ years in business development, sales, or partnership management roles.
- Skills:
- + Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- + Proven ability to develop and implement successful business strategies.
- + Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot).
- + Knowledge of the local market and business environment in Qatar.
- Certifications (Preferred):
- + Professional certifications in sales, negotiation, or business management are a plus.
Remuneration
- Base Salary: QAR 180,000–QAR 250,000 annually (based on experience and market trends for 2025).
