Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of the company’s services and client base.

This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building, and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze market data to develop insights and actionable strategies for growth.

Business Development Strategy

  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Create and manage a business development plan, setting measurable goals and KPIs.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Lead Generation & Sales

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.

• Collaboration & Coordination

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operational teams to execute business development initiatives successfully.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to align services with client needs and market demand.

Reporting & Forecasting

  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities, market conditions, and sales forecasts for senior management.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of business development strategies and adjust as needed.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

Experience

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented approach.
