Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager for Pervasive Sensing, Corrosion, and Erosion solutions, you will play a key role in driving growth for Emerson’s Measurement Solutions business across the North Region, covering Qatar, Kuwait, Iraq, and Jordan.

This role focuses on identifying new opportunities, expanding adoption of digitalization and IIoT solutions, and strengthening customer relationships in critical industrial applications.

Working closely with country sales teams and local business partners, you will engage decision‑makers, demonstrate solution value, and support opportunities from early engagement through order realization.

You think strategically about growth opportunities and align your actions with broader business objectives.

You work collaboratively with diverse teams, valuing different perspectives and building trust‑based relationships.

You communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non‑technical audiences, adapting your approach to the situation.

You remain focused on outcomes, following through on commitments and adjusting plans as needed to deliver results.
