Role Overview

The company is a major services group specializing in hospitality, facilities management, and catering.

They are currently seeking a

Business Development Manager

to drive growth within their catering division, with a specific focus on expanding operations across

Riyadh and the Western Region

.

Key Responsibilities

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for the full commercial lifecycle, including:
  • **Strategy & Planning:**
  • Developing and executing growth strategies for the Saudi catering market.
  • **Sales Cycle Management:**
  • Leading the end-to-end sales process—from initial prospecting and solution design to negotiation and closing.
  • **Business Growth:**
  • Securing new contracts across corporate, government, industrial, and remote-site sectors.
  • **Relationship Management:**
  • Building long-term client partnerships and driving upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • **Market Intelligence:**
  • Monitoring competitor activity and market trends to identify new opportunities.
  • **Collaboration:**
  • Working closely with culinary and operations teams to ensure proposed solutions are viable and meet client expectations.

Candidate Profile

To be considered for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

CategoryRequirementsExperience

5–8 years in business development, sales, or account management within F&B, catering, or contract food services.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Skills

Proven track record in winning catering contracts; strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

Experience

in the Saudi market is

strongly preferred

; an existing client network is a plus.
