is seeking an experienced
Business Development Manager
with a strong
construction industry background
to drive corporate business growth.
The role will focus on
acquiring and managing construction company accounts
for
visa medicals, pre‑employment medicals, and occupational health screening services
.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and onboard
- construction companies and contractors
- requiring visa medicals and workforce screening services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with
- HR, PRO, and admin teams
- within construction organizations
- Promote hospital services related to
- visa medical fitness, pre‑employment health checks, and periodic medical screening
- Negotiate service agreements, pricing, and volume‑based contracts
- Collaborate with internal operations and clinical teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and client requirements within the construction sector
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in
- business development or sales
- with direct exposure to the
- construction industry
- Strong network within
- construction companies, contracting firms, or manpower suppliers
- Familiarity with
- UAE visa medical requirements and corporate medical screening processes
- is a strong advantage
- Excellent relationship‑building, negotiation, and communication skills
- Self‑driven and target‑oriented, with the ability to work independently
