Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in the United Arab Emirates. The Manager will be responsible for identifying and driving business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to expand Blanc Atelier's market presence. Additional responsibilities include presenting tailored solutions to potential clients, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. The role requires a proactive approach to networking, market analysis, and delivering sustainable business growth.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in business development, client relationship management, and sales strategies
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in market analysis and identifying growth opportunities
  • Knowledge of the design, fitout, or interior design industry is highly desirable
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior work experience in the GCC market is an asset
