The Business Development Manager will expand OMNIYAT's broker network, develop business channels, and support lead generation and revenue growth, with a focus on Dubai.
The role is intended for a Dubai-based candidate with local market knowledge and an established UAE real estate network.
Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding of new brokerage firms, focusing on Dubai-based agencies.
- Build and maintain relationships with brokerage partners across the UAE.
- Conduct partner outreach, meetings, and market visits.
- Assess broker performance and align partners with Sales Managers based on Dubai coverage, specialization, and potential.
- Develop tools, platforms, and partnerships to generate qualified leads and expand the sales funnel.
- Establish alliances with corporations, relocation firms, investment groups, and lifestyle partners.
- Represent OMNIYAT at Dubai industry events, roadshows, and networking opportunities.
- Coordinate event planning, execution, and follow-up.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and brokerage dynamics to inform strategy.
- Analyze broker performance and provide reports, insights, and forecasts to senior leadership.
- Work with Marketing, Sales, and Product to equip partners with tools, materials, and knowledge.
- Coordinate with Finance and Legal on brokerage agreements, commissions, and compliance.
Requirements
- Candidate is based in Dubai.
- Strong Dubai market knowledge and an established network within the UAE real estate ecosystem.
- Ability to build partnerships, support lead generation, and analyze broker performance.
