We are a fast-growing, multi-lingual call center based in the USA, providing high-quality customer support, sales, and technical assistance in multiple languages.
We are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated
Business Development Manager
to spearhead our client acquisition efforts.
This is a
100% commission-only role
designed for a seasoned sales professional who prefers to be rewarded for results rather than a flat salary.
If you have an established network and a hunter's mindset, this role offers uncapped earning potential with long-term residual income.
Key Responsibilities
- **Lead Generation & Prospecting:**
- Identify and target companies in need of multilingual support (Mobile Companies, Healthcare, E-commerce, Finance, Tech, etc.).
- **Consultative Selling:**
- Understand client pain points and present our multilingual solutions as a strategic ROI-driven investment.
- **Full Sales Cycle Management:**
- From cold outreach and initial discovery to proposal presentation and contract signing.
- **Relationship Management:**
- Maintain high-level contact with signed clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
Compensation Structure
- We believe in rewarding our partners for the lifetime value of the clients they bring in.
- **Upfront Close Bonus:**
- [12%] of the first month's contract value, paid upon the first client payment.
- **Ongoing Monthly Residual:**
- 6% of the total monthly recurring revenue for as long as the client remains with us.
- **Uncapped Earning Potential:**
- No limits on the number of clients or the size of contracts you can close.
What We Are Looking For
- **Proven B2B Sales Experience:**
- At least 3–5 years of experience in high-ticket B2B sales, preferably in BPO, staffing, or professional services.
- **Existing Network:**
- A strong "Rolodex" of decision-makers (CSOs, COOs, VPs of Customer Experience) in the USA market.
- **Self-Starters:**
- Ability to manage your own pipeline, follow up diligently, and close deals without daily supervision.
- **Strategic Thinking:**
- Ability to build performance-based proposals that focus on client outcomes (CSAT, FCR, cost reduction).
