What you'll do
We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic sales team.
In this role, you will leverage your expertise in sales strategies, relationship building, and industry knowledge to identify and capture new business opportunities.
Your dedication to providing tailored solutions and exceptional customer experiences will contribute to the continued success of noon payments.
1. Business Development
- Identify and research potential clients within your assigned territory, verticals, or industry segments.
- Proactively reach out to leads through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and other strategic methods to introduce noon payments' payment gateway solutions.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand prospects' pain points, challenges, and business requirements.
2. Consultative Selling
- Leverage a consultative approach to understand clients' unique needs and objectives, positioning noon payments as a valuable solution.
- Collaborate with prospects to design customized payment processing strategies that align with their business goals.
3. Relationship Management
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with prospects and clients, acting as their primary point of contact throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Provide ongoing support, addressing inquiries, concerns, and fostering trust in noon payments' capabilities.
4. Sales Cycle Management
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and discovery to proposal presentation, negotiation, and closing.
- Acquirer relationship management with top banks in the region.
5. Product Knowledge
- Develop a deep understanding of noon payments' payment gateway solutions, features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner to prospects.
6. Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
7. Sales Targets and Reporting
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas, consistently delivering outstanding results.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, offering insights into market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities.
- What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in the technology, fintech, or payments industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to identify client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented individual with a passion for sales.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and embrace continuous learning.
- Familiarity with payment gateway solutions and online payment processes is a plus.
