About the Role:

We are building an enterprise-grade AI inference and agentic platform that powers real-time AI workloads across voice, customer experience, risk, analytics, and operations.

This role is responsible for opening and closing new enterprise accounts across the MENA region. The focus is on selling AI-led SaaS platforms such as voice agents, CX automation, agentic workflows, and inference infrastructure to large enterprises.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building pipeline from scratch, engaging senior buyers, and shaping early go-to-market motion.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Own new customer acquisition across enterprises running contact centres, CX platforms, digital operations, or AI initiatives

  • Sell AI-led SaaS and platform solutions including voice agents, agentic workflows, and AI inference platforms

  • Engage with CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Digital, CX, Operations, and Innovation

  • Identify and qualify AI use cases across customer support, sales, retention, analytics, and operational automation

  • Build and manage a pipeline of net new enterprise opportunities

• Run full sales cycles from discovery to close, including pilots and evaluations • Work closely with product and engineering to shape solutions for customer needs

  • Structure commercial proposals and multi-year contracts

  • Maintain a disciplined sales cadence with clear forecasting and pipeline hygiene

Qualification

• 6 to 10 years of experience in enterprise SaaS or AI solution sales • Prior experience selling AI, CX, contact centre, voice, automation, or data platforms

  • Comfort selling platform solutions rather than single features

  • Ability to run complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles

  • Strong discovery skills and ability to translate AI capabilities into business outcomes

  • Hunter mindset with high ownership and accountability

  • Experience working in early-stage or build-phase environments is a plus
