About Mavlii
Mavlii is a school branded communication and operations platform built in Dubai for the Middle East and India.
It replaces WhatsApp chaos, scattered emails, and unused portals with one place where leadership, teachers, and parents stay connected in their own language.
Schools use Mavlii to improve retention, unlock new revenue from payments and events, and gain real intelligence on engagement and at risk families, all while keeping data fully isolated and hosted in the region.
Role Overview
We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive UAE to grow Mavlii’s presence across the country.
You will focus on acquiring new schools and activity providers, building strategic partnerships, and helping us achieve our revenue targets in the UAE education and activities market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target schools, nurseries, academies, and youth organizations in the UAE.
- Drive new client acquisition through outreach, meetings, demos, and proposals.
- Build and manage strong relationships with principals, owners, and group leadership.
- Present Mavlii’s value proposition clearly and adapt it to local needs and pain points.
- Negotiate commercial terms and support the full sales cycle until closure.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and provide accurate revenue forecasts.
- Share structured market feedback with the product and leadership team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally in the UAE.
- Background in EdTech, SaaS, or B2B services is an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self driven, structured, and comfortable working with ambitious targets.
- Fluency in English, Arabic is a strong plus.
Location and Work Style
- Based in the UAE, Dubai or other major city.
- Hybrid or remote with regular school and partner visits.
