TwoTone Agency wants a Senior BD Executive who closes.
Not someone who "supports the pipeline" or "nurtures relationships." Someone who takes a lead from first hello to signed contract and doesn't need hand-holding to get there.

Base covers your life.

What the role actually needs:
Over Five years closing real business, ideally services or marketing.
A network you can pick up the phone and use today, not a LinkedIn list you've never met.
The confidence to sit across from a CMO and hold the room.
Based in Dubai.
Comfortable with a commission-heavy structure because you intend to cash in on it.
Agency background is a plus, but if you've sold marketing from the media or client side and have the relationships, apply anyway.
