Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and proactive Business Development Executive to support the growth of our accounting and tax services business.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the UAE’s accounting/financial services sector and a strong ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and convert opportunities into business.
Key Responsibilities
· Drive business growth by promoting the company’s accounting and tax services
· Conduct cold calls, outreach activities, and networking to generate new leads
· Respond to inbound inquiries and convert them into business opportunities
· Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
· Identify new market opportunities and contribute to business expansion strategies
· Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals
· Represent the company in client meetings and business discussions
Requirements
· Minimum 3 years of experience in business development within the accounting/financial services sector in the UAE
· Proven track record in sales, client acquisition, and revenue generation
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Fluent in English (spoken and written)
· Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
· Familiarity with UAE market and client landscape
