Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to support our expansion by acquiring new clients and strengthening revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who excels in sales, enjoys building meaningful client partnerships, and is motivated by achieving measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business prospects
- Oversee the full sales journey, from lead generation to deal closure
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Develop and present persuasive proposals, presentations, and pitch materials
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and project transitions
- Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales targets consistently
Qualifications & Skills
- Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition roles
- Knowledge of AML, compliance, or financial services is highly required
- Familiarity with Open Market operations is a plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and confident approach to work
- Capability to operate independently in a full-time, on-site setting
