Role Overview
We are seeking motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our Dubai team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering a high level of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and market research
- Assist clients in property buying, selling, and leasing transactions
- Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice on market trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
- Negotiate deals and close sales effectively
- Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends and regulations
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate sales (Dubai experience preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
- Good knowledge of Dubai real estate market is an advantage
