Business Development Executive — GCC Compliance Partnerships

Women First Jobs | Dubai, UAE | Full-time

About The Role

  • Women First Jobs is repositioning from a general women's job board into the compliance-grade women-talent infrastructure for GCC employers navigating Emiratization, Saudization, and Gender Balance mandates.
  • This is a
  • founding BD hire
  • and you won't be running an established playbook, you'll be building and proving one, closing the first cohort of retainer clients that becomes the foundation for the company's recurring revenue.
  • What you'll actually do
  • Build and work a target list of 20–50+ GCC employers with real Emiratization/Saudization exposure (banking/fintech, hospitality, logistics, retail, government-linked entities)
  • Run outbound and warm-intro outreach to CHROs, Heads of Talent, and government-relations/compliance leads
  • Pitch and close
  • compliance-retainer
  • contracts (our primary recurring-revenue product) not one-off placements
  • Convert early pilot clients into full-price annual/quarterly retainers
  • Own renewal conversations and keep retention successful
  • Feed market feedback back into pricing and packaging decisions
  • Represent Women First Jobs at relevant HR/DEI industry events and within Gender Balance Council–adjacent networks
  • What we need from you
  • **Existing relationships in GCC corporate HR / CHRO circles**
  • — this is non-negotiable.
  • You should be able to name 10+ people you could credibly reach out to in week one.
  • A track record of
  • closing B2B contracts with a compliance, regulatory, or risk angle
  • — HR tech, GRC, ESG/DEI consulting, or similar backgrounds are a strong fit
  • Comfort selling a
  • recurring subscription/retainer
  • , not just one-off deals — you understand the difference between closing a deal and closing a
  • *renewable*
  • deal
  • Fluent in the practical realities of Emiratization/Saudization compliance (or a fast learner who can get there in week one)
  • Founder-stage mentality: comfortable with ambiguity, no big team behind you, willing to do the outreach yourself rather than delegate it

Compensation Structure (Suggested)

  • Base salary calibrated to GCC BD/sales market rate,
  • plus
  • Commission on new retainer contracts signed
