Business Development Executive

LITRIX MEDIA is expanding, and we are looking for a high-energy Business Development Executive to join our team on-site in Dubai.

The Role
As a BDE at Litrix Media, you won’t just be "selling"—you’ll be a strategic partner for our clients. You will focus on driving revenue by offering:
- Custom Website Development (WordPress, Shopify, React & More)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram growth strategies)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to high-potential businesses in the UAE market.
- Consultative Sales: Understand a client’s pain points and pitch tailored digital marketing solutions.
- Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term retention and upselling.
- Market Strategy: Stay ahead of local market trends and competitor moves in the Dubai business landscape.
What We’re Looking For
- Direct Experience (Required): You must have prior experience in sales or business development specifically within the digital marketing or tech space.
- Digital Fluency: A solid grasp of how Google Ads and Meta Ads work is essential to effectively "talk shop" with clients.
- UAE Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the local business culture and networking in Dubai.
- Communication: Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to present complex ideas simply.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
