We focus on delivering functional, aesthetic, and durable interior solutions for residential and commercial spaces.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and field-oriented Business Development Executive to generate new business by connecting with property developers, building managements, real estate companies, and individual clients.

The role involves actively promoting our custom interior solutions, explaining our capabilities, and converting prospects into projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit and meet:
  • Property developers
  • Building management offices

• Interior Designing Company

  • Contractors and consultants
  • Present company services clearly:
  • Custom kitchens & cabinets
  • Wardrobes & storage systems
  • TV units, islands & wooden interiors
  • Full interior woodwork solutions
  • Distribute brochures and introduce Anatolia Living’s portfolio
  • Generate leads and follow up aggressively
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed projects
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and partners
  • Maintain daily activity reports and sales pipeline

Requirements

  • Experience in sales (interior, furniture, or construction preferred)
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Confident in field sales (this is not an office role)
  • Knowledge of UAE market is a big advantage
  • Driving license preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Existing network with developers, architects, or contractors is a plus
  • Multilingual ability is mandatory
  • (Fluency in English required; Arabic, Hindi/Urdu, or other languages is a strong advantage)

• Basic Salary: 3,000AED

  • High Commission (project-based, uncapped)
  • Additional incentives for target achievement
