Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and goal-oriented Business Development Executive with experience in the interior and fit-out industry.
The selected candidate will play a key role in expanding the company’s client base, generating new business opportunities, and supporting overall sales growth within the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors
- Develop strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project follow-ups
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and assist in closing projects
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth objectives
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and client satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of UAE experience in the interior or fit-out industry
- Proven experience in sales and business development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle client relationships and generate leads independently
- Knowledge of the UAE market and industry contacts is an added advantage
- UAE Driving License is mandatory
Compensation & Benefits
- Attractive salary package with performance-based incentives
- Benefits provided as per UAE Labour Law
- Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
