Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive, based in UAE with some flexibility for remote work.
Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing accounts, and building strong client relationships.
The role also entails developing strategies, communicating with key stakeholders, and ensuring the company meets its growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure potential opportunities
- Strong skills in relationship building to nurture and maintain client partnerships
- Exceptional Communication skills to convey ideas effectively and engage with diverse audiences
- A solid understanding of Business principles, including strategies to meet sales targets and company growth goals
- Self-motivation, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability to thrive in a hybrid work environment
- Proficiency in CRM software or other lead management tools is desirable
