About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and performance-driven Telesales Specialist to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting qualified leads into active trading clients through outbound telesales, providing exceptional customer support, and guiding clients through the account opening and first deposit process.
This role requires strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities.
Language Requirements: Multilingual Candidate will be preferred
Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Conversion
* Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing leads topromote company services and client solutions
* Convert qualified leads into active trading clients through effective sales communication
* Build trust and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
* Follow up consistently with prospects to maximize conversion rates
Client Onboarding & Support
* Assist clients with account registration, verification, and onboarding process
* Guide clients through the first deposit process and platform usage
* Provide accurate information regarding trading platform features, benefits, and services
* Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Lead Management & CRM
* Manage and update client information accurately in CRM systems
* Maintain proper records of all interactions, follow-ups, and conversions
* Track and report sales performance and conversion metrics
Target Achievement
* Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Maintain high conversion ratios and productivity standards
* Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge
Required Experience
2 to 5 years of experience in :
* Telesales / Telemarketing
* BPO / Call Center Sales
* Customer Support with sales responsibilities
Required Skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills
* Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively
* Strong customer handling and relationship-building skills
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* CRM experience is an advantage
