Role Summary
We are looking for results-driven Business Development Executives with a proven ability to close B2B/B2C deals.
This role is strictly performance-oriented and suited for candidates who are motivated by targets, commissions, and career growth.
If you are not comfortable with pressure, follow-ups, and monthly targets, this role is not suitable.
Key Responsibilities
........
Actively sell business setup solutions including licenses, UAE free zones, mainland companies, visas, and corporate services
Handle the complete sales cycle: lead qualification → consultation → proposal → negotiation → closing
Conduct client meetings (in-person, phone, Zoom) and deliver confident sales presentations
Perform daily outbound calls, follow-ups, and lead nurturing
Maintain accurate and real-time updates.
Achieve weekly and monthly closing targets without excuses
Coordinate with operations for smooth onboarding after closing
(Non-Negotiable)
1–2 years of B2B/B2C sales experience (corporate services, business setup, banking, preferred)
Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
Clear understanding of targets, pipelines, and conversions
Comfortable with daily activity tracking and reporting
Strong hunger for commission-based earnings
Performance Expectation
Daily calls & follow-ups mandatory
Weekly pipeline & closing review
