Business Development Executive
About This Role
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with 3–4 years of experience to drive sales growth, expand our client base, and build strong business relationships within the gold and precious metals industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, traders, and partners
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and industry connections
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams (trading, finance, operations) for smooth execution
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and industry events
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3–4 years of experience in business development or sales (gold/jewelry/trading preferred)
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and client relationship management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
