Business Development Executive
About This Role
Verdon Escalade Solutions is a specialized company designing and installing climbing walls, adventure parks, and vertical recreational facilities for sports centers, schools, and entertainment venues across Qatar and the GCC. We are looking for a dynamic, driven, and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in Doha. You will identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive growth for our innovative products.
What You'll Do:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Qatar and the GCC region.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients (sports centers, schools, malls, entertainment venues).
- Present company products and services to decision-makers.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid Qatar driving license is highly preferred.
- Valid QID (Qatar ID) and NOC (No Objection Certificate) preferred.
- Knowledge of Qatar's sports, leisure, or construction market.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in sports infrastructure, construction, or leisure industries.
- Existing network of contacts in Qatar's sports or education sectors.
- Experience with government tenders and bidding processes.
