About This Role

Verdon Escalade Solutions is a specialized company designing and installing climbing walls, adventure parks, and vertical recreational facilities for sports centers, schools, and entertainment venues across Qatar and the GCC. We are looking for a dynamic, driven, and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in Doha. You will identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive growth for our innovative products.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Qatar and the GCC region.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients (sports centers, schools, malls, entertainment venues).
  • Present company products and services to decision-makers.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Valid Qatar driving license is highly preferred.
  • Valid QID (Qatar ID) and NOC (No Objection Certificate) preferred.
  • Knowledge of Qatar's sports, leisure, or construction market.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in sports infrastructure, construction, or leisure industries.
  • Existing network of contacts in Qatar's sports or education sectors.
  • Experience with government tenders and bidding processes.
