Oil and Gas Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and new business opportunities through market research, networking at industry events, and relationship-building with clients like QatarEnergy or EPC firms.
- Prepare proposals, manage tenders, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals while collaborating with engineering and operations teams.
- Monitor industry trends, track project budgets/forecasts, and report pipeline progress to senior management.
Required Skills
Strong negotiation, client relationship management, and strategic planning are essential, often with 5-8 years of oil/gas experience. Knowledge of LNG, EPC, or upstream processes boosts candidacy in Qatar's market [ from prior context]. A bachelor's in business/engineering (MBA preferred) is typical.
Pay: QAR70.00 - QAR130.00 per hour
