Superior Office Services LLC is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Business Development Executive to join our Abu Dhabi office team immediately.
This is an office-based role focused on customer coordination, telecalling, lead handling, and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and office visits
- Follow up with existing customers and develop new business opportunities
- Coordinate quotations, proposals, and customer requirements
- Convert company-generated leads into business opportunities
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Support sales coordination and daily office operations
- Maintain customer records and follow-up reports
Requirements
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Experience in telesales, customer service, business development, or office sales coordination preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
- Knowledge of printers, photocopiers, or IT products will be an added advantage
