Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Development Executive to support business growth through proactive client acquisition strategies including telecalling, direct client visits, and deal closures. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Telecalling

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Emrys Global services
• Generate and qualify leads for accounting, VAT, corporate tax, and AML services
• Maintain daily call reports and follow-up schedules

2. Direct Client Visits

• Visit prospective clients across Abu Dhabi to pitch services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers
• Identify client requirements and align service offerings accordingly

3. Sales & Closing

• Convert leads into clients through effective negotiation and communication
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Coordinate with internal team for proposal submission and onboarding

4. Market Development

• Identify new business opportunities and market segments
• Support in executing marketing campaigns and field activities
• Gather market intelligence and competitor insights

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales/marketing (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle field sales and client meetings independently
• Target-driven and self-motivated

Preferred Skills

• Experience in accounting, tax, or business consultancy services (added advantage)
• Basic knowledge of UAE VAT / Corporate Tax is a plus
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)

Compensation

• Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 5,000 (based on experience)
• Attractive performance-based incentives
